Pool-Cervice 2 x a week, gardener 1 x per week. The price includes once a week the general cleaning. In addition you have the possibility to book daily a maid service for 12 € per hour. This have to be paid on site direct to the maid. Usualy she needs 2 ½ - 3 hours to make the beds, bathrooms, balconies and to sweep and clean up the floors. please let us know as soon as possible if you need the daily maid service or for how many extra days you wish the maid service.

Ground Floor: 2 spacious bedrooms (23 sqm and 29 sqm) each with king size bed 180x200cm with high quality bed mattress, individually regulated air conditioning and pine furniture, 1 bathroom with bath. One bedroom with office. The large open plan living, and dining room is on the ground floor. With two sets of patio doors opening onto the huge terrace area so the room feels light and airy.
The Patio, outside dining area, looks out to the pool on one side, and across the valley and to the see on the other. Hand built natural stone arches give the courtyard a unique ambience.
The well-equipped kitchen includes ceramic hob, extractor hood, convection oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, large fridge, 32-inch flat screen SAT TV, Large teak table and chairs indoor dining for 10 guests. Height of room approx. 2.8 metres. Light coloured tiles throughout. Not only for breakfast with a view of the pool and the vineyards right down to the sea.

First Floor:1-bedroom, king size bed 180x200cm (high quality bed mattress), air conditioning en suite bathroom. This bedroom has a private south facing balcony with marvellous sunset views and tremendous southerly views. The whole of the first floor is laid out with teak wooden flooring and furnished with modern Mediterranean pine furniture.
